This research is motivated by the lack of discipline in learning students of PAI subjects so that
teachers try to improve the discipline of learning. The purpose of this study is an effort to
implement PAI teachers in improving learning discipline, PAI teacher methods to improve
learning discipline, and supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of PAI
teachers to improve learning discipline. The results of this study are PAI teachers can
implement learning discipline, provide motivation in improving learning achievement, provide
student learning guidance, provide training and do remedial, conduct extracurricular activities,
PAI teacher methods improve learning discipline by; using a variety of teaching methods,
using the role playing method, and supporting and inhibiting factors including; (1) supporting
factors: the availability of media, the cooperation of teachers and parents of students, support
from school principals, always looking for innovative teaching methods in class (2) inhibiting
factors: lack of student discipline when receiving lessons, students are not serious in accepting
lessons in guidance by teachers, and school facilities and infrastructure are still incomplete so
students are not channeled to their potential
