Curriculum change for teachers is a big dilemma. Finally, to overcome
this, there are efforts for teachers to implement the 2013 curriculum, including what
happened in the Madrasah Se-KKM Sambas. The research objectives include; 1) describe
the efforts of PAI teachers to make plans in implementing the 2013 curriculum at
Madrasah Ibtidaiyah KKM Sambas, 2) describe the efforts of PAI teachers in
implementing 2013 curriculum learning at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah KKM Sambas, 3)
describe the efforts of PAI teachers in evaluating the 2013 curriculum at Madrasah
Ibtidaiyah KKM Sambas. This research method uses a qualitative approach with data
collection methods consisting of interviews, observation and documentation. Research
findings that; the efforts of PAI teachers to make plans in implementing the 2013
curriculum for Madrasah Ibtidaiyah in Sambas Regency, consisting of: a) Planning made
by PAI teachers in Sambas KKM, both Learning Implementation Plans (RPP) and
Syllabus in accordance with National Education System guidelines; b) Syllabus and
lesson plans are made as the basis for implementing the curriculum to achieve learning
objectives so that methods and strategies in learning are used in various ways. Second,
the efforts of PAI teachers in implementing 2013 curriculum learning at Madrasah
Ibtidaiyah KKM Sambas, consisting of: a) PAI teachers throughout Sambas KKM in
implementing the 2013 curriculum, because they are used to the KTSP curriculum, so the
2013 curriculum orientation is still carried away by the KTSP curriculum. ; b) PAI
teachers in Sambas KKM are used to teaching for a long time and already know by heart
the KTSP curriculum material, so that the nature of the KTSP curriculum changes to
2013, only slightly changed. Third, the efforts of PAI teachers in evaluating the 2013
curriculum at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah KKM Sambas, consisting of: a) PAI teachers
throughout the Sambas KKM to see student success in each subject using formative
assessment; b) PAI teachers in Sambas KKM to see the success of students, when all
subjects have been completed and follow the general test according to the schedule from
the school calendar, then do a summative assessment.
